Board of Directors

The Board of the Karimjee Jivanjee Ltd is the principal
decision-making forum for the Group. It has overall
responsibility for leading and managing the business,
and is accountable for its financial and operational performance.

Arif Karimjee

Chairman, KJBB

Arif has been a Director of Karimjee Group since 2000 and was appointed as Chairman of the Business Board in 2019, alongside full-time roles in other businesses.

Azim Karimjee

Director

Azim has been a Director of Karimjee Group since 1998. Azim was until 2018 Finance Director of Prolojik Limited, a leading supplier of intelligent lighting controls in the UK.

Riaz Adamjee

Director

Riaz has been a director of Karimjee Group since 1997 and the KJ Owners Council since 2015.

Vinod Rustagi

Group Managing Director

Vinod has been an Executive Director of Karimjee Group since 2013 and Group Managing Director since 2014.

Yusuf A. Karimjee

Chairman, KJL, Tanzania

Yusuf has been an Executive Director of Karimjee Group since 2013 and was appointed as Chairman of KJL Tanzania and KJ Foundation in 2019.

Husein Karimjee

Director

Husein has been a Director of Karimjee Group since 2013. Husein has over 16 years of experience in international trade, with a focus on procurement and supply chain management.

Asif Raniwala

Director

Asif has been a Director of Karimjee Group since 2014 and currently runs his own accountancy practice, AZR Limited based in London, United Kingdom.

Rishad M. Karimjee

Executive Director

Rishad has been an Executive Director of Karimjee Group since 2017 and Director of Operations since 2019.
